Took my truck in due to loud noise from inside the cab they advised it was the alternator. They replaced it so I went to pick up and still made the noise so i turned around and went back and they said it was the rear end but the diagnostic said alternator so thats all they did. They did not do a test drive at all which was upsetting. Took to a professional across the street - the dodge dealership. They will cost more but will do it correct. Money down the drain.
