I usually do not write reviews or ever complain, but I have to.. I have had the absolute worst experience with this practice. The staff are so unprofessional and down right rude. which is entirely uncalled for especially when you are in the midst of pregnancy and YOU are paying THEM. Not to mention that they will over charge you and I still have not got my reimbursement check for the very large deposit that I gave them my first visit. It has been well over 4 months now and they just keep telling me it's in the mail. And if that isn't enough, my midwife, Kathy, who I liked, quit after 3 months of my going there because she said that she was just too frustrated and upset because they were overworking her and underpaying her and I have a good feeling that she probably had a hard time getting along with the staff who are so 'catty', which I think is just not acceptable for a medical practice.
You can choose to go where you wish, but I highly recommend that you stay far away from this practice!!!
