I used this clinic when I first moved to Quincy and did not know who to go to. The doctors I met were nice and professional. However, the first impression one gets walking into this clinic is that of a cold, uncaring staff. The girls at the front desk are very unfriendly and very unprofessional--often even rude. I had to tell one of them on 3 consecutive visits there that--no, this prescription was NOT for my cat Gus, because Gus had died, as I had repeatedly told her. Well, it hurt enough to lose him, but when they were too lazy to take him out of their computer, and they did not once apologize for this or show even a shred of concern or regret for having opened the wound in my heart yet again, I found a new vet. Nuessen Clinic has the most caring, thoughtful and animal-loving staff I have ever encountered anywhere.
