Just purchased an Android smart phone this morning from Chris Moran @ the Crystal Lake AT&T Store. Mr. Moran gets an A+++ for patience, and for being so knowledgeable about the phones -- he even transferred my photos from old phone to new one. Chris couldn't have been nicer. I commended Chris for these capabilities to the Store Manager, and I'd like to share his name with you, as well, for anyone who has previously had a bad experience at this location. Look for Chris - he'll do right by you!
