I haven't been tanning in a couple weeks and I usually look forward to the bubbly ladies in the Hazel Dell location. However when I went in last night was very disappointed.\r

When I first walked in, there was a customer being helped in front of me with a few questions and concerns and the girl helping/working was less than enthused to answer. Usually, when I've heard of some sort of concern they're always there to make it a better expereince. Instead this girl looked at her and all she said was ""you'll have to call corporate on that""...\r

Then when she got her settled, I wasn't even greeted happily...it was a simple...""last name"". I gave her my last name and she asked how long I wanted to go I advised I hadn't tanned in a couple weeks and was up to 17 minutes..what did she suggest. She said ""I don't know, it's up to you."" I would have thought I would have gotten a little more feedback then thatn.\r

I'm sad to say that she put a sour taste in my mouth the other day and I hope next time I go in she won't be there. Sorry Guys!
