I SUED THIS GUY IN COURT !!!! This is the same Weehawken municipal judge Charles Daglian... never answered or ordered discovery, fraudulent claims of 'failed to answer' and changed that to 'fail to appear', evidence of cert. mail proves fraud! charged fraudulent tickets, suspended driver license for a $10 ticket for over 4 months... then claims its a NJMVC issue never answering the NJMVC or The NJ Superior Court... abused his office in retaliation and failed to recuse himself... trashed constitutional rights... NO MORALS NO ETHICS This guy is a CRIMINAL.. HE IS A CORRUPT JUDGE AND ATTORNEY, !!!!!
