When dealing with the staff here they were extremely rude and acted put out by simple questions. They did not want to clarify anything for me.
At one point they asked me to make a rather important decision regarding the care of my son and testing that he should, or should not have. When I asked what the test was, for some advice from the doctor, or for some explanation to make an informed decision, they were actually upset with me. They told me that they were busy and could not give me that information, and asked that I make a decision on the spot.
I'm sure people in this field get tired of answering the same questions over and over, but hey...it's what they get paid for. I expect more from someplace caring for my child. I will not return to this clinic.
