So the big difference was service. Here, my salseperson (Sand Tydd) went on several test drives with me, and addressed my questions and concerns promptly by email, phone or in person. For example, there was something I just could not figure out about the Skyactive and acceleration, so she jumped in the car and drove it to show me how it worked, then had me do so. \r
Sandy was always very personable and she didn't pressure me. Plus she would remember things about me and my family. It just felt relaxed and comfortable -- which is perfect for me, because I have so much trouble deciding on the make, model and color. I'd had my last car forever! \r
