For starters, This so called animal Lover treats the animals way too rough when she is not infront of the owners. She will also charge you for Services she did not preform like fecal samples, and in her mind unless she gets every last penny from her customers then she dosent want them and does not care for their pets. She also adjust her employees time cards without their permission. They only reason she still has a hospital is because Banfield will not take down someone who makes them so much money.....now is that somewhere you would want to take your pet? Somewhere where is costs over 100.00$ for one vaccine and an office visit?? That should be against the Law, taking advantage of customers and treating their loved pets like crap behind a Closed tinted window(and if you ever get treated there see how long she lets you see what she is doing through the window to the treatment room, i promise she will move so you can't see).
