Horrible communication. I took my Evo because I was having problems with it and they were supposed to call me when the phone was ready to be picked up. They told me it would be about an hour, well, three hours later, nobody had called, so I called them to find out they had to order a new phone because mine couldn't be fixed. They had been done with the phone about 30 mins into dropping it off and nobody bothered to call and let me know.\r

A week and a half later, no calls or anything letting me know the status of the order, today I call to check since, I need my phone, and come to find out, they received the phone last week and then again, nobody bothered to call me and let me know like they promised!! \r

I hope I don't run into problems with my new phone because this place is horrible and I don't want to do business with them again, if I do run into problems, I will definitely look for a different store...
