It was a new construction, and we did have a few very small problems afterwards, but Season Control Heating and Air Conditioning came back for us a few times. Once everything settled, we seem to be doing fine. There were just some call backs I didn't think were necessary.
Other than that, I was thrilled. I really like Shai, and he was very quick on the uptake of getting everyone out here.
