Came here with my son on his recommendation! Found them to be more knowlegeable, but specifically having better customer service than other per stores. This was certainly true here on our last visit. There was a mistake with the merchandising that they sorted out rally well. I was looking for a nail cutter for a dog and they gave me great advice on the best option that also saved me money. The prices are reasonable too. Certainly worth a slightly longer journey for us
