Not sure but I think the owner was one of them. No one in the store seemed to realize that today's small bouttoniere order could be tomorrow's large wedding order. Having ordered and paid for the item 3 days in advance, I arrived 20 minutes after the agreed upon time and was annoyed that it was not ready. Their response was WELL DON'T TAKE IT. They then preceded to make it in the wrong colors and responded WELL DON'T TAKE IT. This was the second and last time I will ever purchase something here. There flowers may be the most beautiful but their behavior was terribly UGLY. I didn't let it ruin my day. PS They did issue a refund but that does not excuse their rudeness. PPS They do not deserve one star...
