Unreliable, hard to get ahold of, does not show up when scheduled to come for service appointment. very polite and knowledgable when he actually comes. On one visit,he showed up 6 hours late,(9:30pm), he charged for me for 2 yearly cleaning after I reported problems with my A/c, said he would be back 8am next morning to perform full maintenance on my unit. He said it should be fine until tomorrow. Next day after he didn't show up, 5 hours after our scheduled appt time, my inside unit was pouring water out all over my fresh paint and renovations. He finally made it to my house late evening and cleaned the unit .My home received over $4000. in flood damages and installers were not able to install carpet the next day that we paid for in that area due to all the water damage. My unit was only 2 years old.And of course, I never received my 2nd cleaning that I paid for. Also, BBB has him listed under another business name, Coastal Comfort Solutions By Bullock, with an ""F"" rating for unanswered complaints for similar issues. Beware!
