YIKES!!! Bill the owner agrees & confirms one thing, then day of there's another rate and then they run your card for an even larger amount! I gave the driver a cash tip and they still ran my card for the gratuity stating that its mandatory. He also stated I needed to email him my issues and basically hung up on me?? Who does business like this?? When I said that we'd paid a cash tip to the driver the owner told me he needed to talk to his driver. Once he did the driver lied and said he never received anything from us and the owner sided with him! NEVER refunded us! We used this company to go to our hotel from our wedding no less!! The limo's A/C didn't work on 1 side of the limo, the driver didn't know where he was going and then to have our card charged an additional $30 over the original confirmed amount. If you use this company don't give them your card & be warned - they are seriously sketchy! I plan to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, post on Facebook as well as contacting all the Orlando Magazines that have given this company awards. I may have lost $30.00 but I don't want others to run into the same thing. People need to know what their getting themselves into.
