I agree with all the other reviewers. Insight is horrible. One star is too much for them. I have been dealing with them for over 5 months with the same problem. Every technician seems to think they figured my problem out. But within a week of them leaving I have either the same problem or a totally new one. The latest venture with them was a disaster. I scheduled an appointment for between 2 - 5. I literally walked outside to check my mail at 2pm...apparently that's when someone from Insight called my house phone. And because I didn't answer, they cancelled my appointment. When I finally saw that there was a voice mail, it was 4:30. I had wasted 3 hours of my day. They couldn't send anyone out that day. So I'm now shopping for new Internet, TV and phone. I'm disgusted with their service!
