Rude and obnoxious, slimy staff, dirty locker rooms
and rip off prices. Do you need more?
The staff in this place are rude and obnoxious particularly the
male managers who are in charge of member services. (I am a man
myself so it's not male female thing). One of them even
tore apart the free pass that I had in front of me
(what ever happened to customer is always right!)
and told me I cannot use any free pass for one year and as if
this obnoxious behavior was not bad enough he told me if I want to
seat down with him and talk about membership! (Well any inclination
I had about re joining again went off the door when the jack ass ripped
Off the free pass)
If you are a member and you decide to cancel, I highly recommend that you
cancel the credit card you are using for your monthly due. They will try
to charge the same card for months. (sounds familiar?) if you caught up with this
Scheme they make up excuses like ""did you really cancel?"" ""did
you get any confirmation?"" ""no paper work from you"" list goes on an on.
protect yourself and remember at the end of the day they are not there for your health
and vitality, just a slimy business trying to make as much money as they
can under the disguise of sport club.
And yes the locker rooms are dirty and smelly. take a shower at home.
