I started attending this dental office last summer and really didn't have any significant issues, until TODAY.
Waited to be seen for a little over an one and half hour!
Had X-Rays done and then had to go back to the waiting room, because everyone was having lunch at 3:30pm.
I felt unacknowledged and to some extent disrespected.
I decided to reschedule my cleaning, but as no one tried to apologize at this point I asked for my x-ray and decided to change Doctors. Still no one cared and continue with their lunch.
