No incidentals. No coincidence. I am completely floored now twice in a row, they have declined my Credit Cards, after I booked the reservation with it. Spoke to the Diamond reservations desk prior to my arrival. Gave them the Credit Card info, which they then booked the rooms with. No problems. Upon arrival they adress me give me my keys tell me the floor & all seems good. In attempting to use the games in the room or watch a movie still in theaters, It informs that I can, Just need to call the front desk first. That was wrong. The same exact thing happens again & for yet another stay we go without any comforts of in room entertainment. WHY??? There is nothing wrong with my credit card. I personally feel this is just because I am a Diamond Elite Member. They look down upon them. There only redeeming quality is one staff member. I think he's a bellman. Not sure; Because he attends to more than just ones luggage. There is nothing he wont do, with a pleasant smile and personable , humble nature. He manages to single handidly make me feel at home. His name is Ricky BoonKiew. I call him Hop Sing.
