My experience is a negative one. We were forced into extra service to treat our termites because we did not have all of the $1400 up front for just the termite service. The only other option they gave with a payment plan was to treat 'other pests' such as spiders and rats which we have none of. They are very forcefull when asking for the money and if it is late they harass you until they get payment. Not very flexible or understanding of our family's situation.
My recommendation is to go somewhere else.
They do not even deserve 1 star.
