My daughter got a perm there about 4 months ago. It didn't turn out I wanted a refund. Owner says no lets try again in 6 wks. 6 wks came we permed her hair again. Did not work. Owner says lets try again in 6 weeks. I called to set up appointment. Owner says no appointment needed. Just show up I will be there. Showed up at noon on day of perm. Gate to store in down. Sign posted says be back in 20 minutes. 90 minutes later gate still down. I called owner. He says he will be there in about 45 minutes. So we wait.. 2 hours later he shows up. I tried several times to call him in the last 2 hours and he wouldn't even answer his phone. I talked to the mall office. They tried to call him and he wouldn't answer their calls either.I tried to call other members of his staff. First one says I got the wrong number. The other two say they don't work for him any more. I don't live just down the street where I could have just come back another time. While waiting I watched 2 other guys waiting on him to get a hair cut and they got tired of waiting and left. Never again would I go there or recommend this place to ANYONE! Oh and my daughters 3rd perm looks like crap.
