I wanted to have a valuable ring sized and most other jewelers had requested that I leave the ring to be worked on. But when I called Raoul & Co, they sized my ring while I waited and because the ring was over 10k, Raoul (the owner) allowed me to watch the process every step of the way! I found out that there are also 3 locations: 2 inside of Sears Sanford & Daytona Beach and their main jewelry store showroom is in Winter Park. I now consider myself a loyal customer.
