I totally agree with gdrakoulias. We did not have a wedding there but I could tell within 15 minutes the owner is a con man. I wouldn't recommend looking at the place.
We heard about the ""Great Hall"" from others and researched online. The website is not specific with pricing and requirements. We called and they would not divulge info on the phone but said to come out to an open house and talk with them. We did so and the owner looked at the form we filled out and said ""aught ohh"" and we asked what? he doesn't want to do business with anyone who has less than 150 guests on a Saturday. He tried to get us to change our date and have it on a Friday. It is a classic bait and switch tactic and he's trying to get his place used on less popular days. I offered him more money just for the hall. He turned me down on that idea because it would be ""too complicated"". I don't know what's complicated about taking an extra $500 or more cash under the table. they have a terrible business plan and a terrible way of treating potential future customers if you don't meet their exact specifications. Go there if you have 200 guests, and he'll probably drool all over you until he gets your cash. It's all a racket and a con and they play the numbers of a head count to charge you whatever they deem profitable. Anything under 150, good luck and prepare for the pressure to change your dates to weekdays with ""free $5 per head value of hor d'ouvres"". Pitiful and disgraceful business.
