After reading the reviews on this site, and a few others I decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt and attempt to use their services. My husband and I got a VERY reasonable quote from a gentleman at Charron and since none of the negative reviews were about their actual work I called them and waited....they called me back the next day which I took to be a good sign and since i have a few questions for them regarding my quote the woman I spoke to said she would call me back in the next two days tops. Well, that never happened. I called them 2 days later and left a message...nothing. I waited 3 more days and called them back and basically told them they have 24 hours to get back to me or I was taking my business elsewhere. Well, I got a back right away on that message and I was told they could come and do my trees two days later which I accepted. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED!! I called them twice once on the day they didn't show up and once the next day to tell them not to bother. I have NEVER worked to shard to give someone my business before!! You would think in the economy they would embrace any and all business thrown their way but they just don't seem to care.
