I created an account just so I can write this review! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have had no service for 4 days. They can not figure out how to get a technician out to fix it. When they did come they did not even call and showed up in the middle of the day...I am work hello! Anyway, then I got so fed up I called to cancel my service. The first woman (the operator) that I talked to in the Johnstown Office, laughed at me and then hung up on me when I asked if I could mail my modem back instead of driving an hour to take it back to them. Then I called 9 of there 10 offices and no one could give me address to send the modem back to. 8 out of the 9 were rude, condescending and had no knowledge of their company. I finally had to call US Cable (the old company they were bought from) to get an address for mailing the modem back. I would do without internet than have to deal with this operation again. This is a joke of a company with no customer service skills and no service skills. DO NOT GET INTERNET WITH THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry! more
