I'm not going to waste time describing everything that is horrible about this company, I'm just moving on to a new ISP. Bottom line -horrible like everyone else said, for all the reasons everyone else said. Just started charging me to ""lease"" a modem - I have a freaking modem of my own, they won't let me use it, force me to pay for theirs. I call to cancel service, I'm on hold for 10 minutes before i get autoprompted - Press 1 if you have a question about internet, Press 2 if you have a question about cable. Uh... my question is about billing and canceling my account how did I just sit on hold for 10 minutes then get auotprompted - ""Good bye!""
