Over the past 5 weeks during cold weather my parents pellet stove went down. Cascade came out and charged 185 to vaccuum. It worked for 1 week and quit. After several calls they came back and tried to fix it again, but this time charged over 500 dollars for the same problem! Now keep in mind he is helping two people in their late seventies. Well it quit 2 days later. A call was made with no return call. The lady of the house finally answered and stated he was too busy this week and he does not work weekends. Well we had a friend come nd look at it... and fixed it. Cascade had not put it back together right. It was fixed by another repairman... AT NO CHARGE! Now I hope cascade makes good and returns their money.
