They provided pretty good service. My heater was broken and after 2 other local Air-conditioning/heating companies (who shall not be named..) came and told me I had to replace my whole system, I decided to get a third opinion and called North Air. The operator was very friendly and the technician that came out gave me a diagnosis of the unit and it turns out it was only a small part that needed replacing. The part was cheaper than the estimate charge and since I decided to do the job, they waived the estimate charge and I ended up with a fixed heater for around 50 bucks. The guy could've screwed me out of an arm and a leg but decided to be an honest human being instead. Definitely won't forget that. Cheers.
