This company was the only one in the area that repaired the type of gate opener that we have. After a few more than expected call backs to fix the opener again and again, Thomas, the service technician, backed the company truck into the side of the Jaguar. After apologizing and reassuring me that he will take care of the repairs on the car, everything seamed OK. After the gate stopped working again, only a few months later, I called them to ask about the problem and they denied that they had ever been to this address and had no record of any work or repair. I found another dealer to repair the gate opener and now it works GREAT. With the repair invoice for the Jaguar and the gate repair part I went to the shop of the Doorman and confronted them about the 2 items. They told me it was a big misunderstanding and they will see about the part for the gate (they will have to send it back to the manufacturer), and as for the invoice for the Jaguar, NO we will not pay that. I asked them again and they said ""NO"". Treat me as if I don't exist and then refuse to take care of the damage they caused? DON' USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK OR THERE WORD. THEY WILL NOT COME OUT AGAIN, i WILL TEAR OUT THE GATE SYSTEM AND INSTALL ANOTHER BRAND BEFORE I CALL THEM. more
