Sorry to say, stopped in to store to purchase suitcase since I am traveling in a couple of days....male staff person , I did not get his name, but he has black hair, with moustache, standing at the front counter was busy counting coins...paid no attention to me, answered questions from the front of the store....made no effort to assist me when I was considering buying a $300 suitcase...focused on counting coins... It was obvious he had no interest in making a sale, and not at all disturbed that I left commenting ""let me know when you are interested in doing business, maybe I will come back.""
The shop has very beautiful items, unfortunately, they need to reconsider who is there to help customers.
