My desktop crashed at 8 a.m in the morning, and all my work was due 5 pm. I had a tech here at 10 am. He picked up my desktop and in 3 hours I had it back. Everything was up and running. All my info was back. I cant believe how fast and how affordable. I recommend to anyone. These will be my tech guys from now on..
