We have been using Syracuse Energy Systems for several years. They have provided basic annual sevice as well as address a furnace problem that needed to be repaired under warrenty. Even though they didn't sell us the original furnace, they worked with the manufacturer to follow their recommendations, and ultimately replace the heat exchanger at a very reasonable cost to us.
