WORST HAIR PLACE I have ever been too. First off the girl up front was rude and there was hardly anyone in there. to be empty on a Saturday should of been a sign. I called and made the appt. and advised i wanted a cut, style and HIGHLIGHTS. I also made it very clear over the phone that I wanted this and I had longer thick hair. I also told the girl at the beginning of my appointment that I wanted red highlights and she proceeded to do my hair. Then when I brought it up again she was like oh you never told me that it was miscommunication. AND then proceeded to tell me they dont have TIME for it.When I made an appt specifically for that. The manager even admitted she didnt listen to my request when I made the appt. and did not do anything to make me EVER want to come back.
