I scheduled an appoint with this repair service and was very clear about the time, circumstances and need for the repair to take place in the time alloted. (I work a contact job, with very little opportunity to schedule these types of appointments and gave up hours of work opportunity to be here for the repair). I called 4 times after the alloted time to find out if there was a misunderstanding or something had gone arwy..but I have yet to hear from anyone at this company...So..if your time is valuable to you and your time is money..I suggest you look elsewhere for appliance repair service
