I just was just recently blessed by Sylvia! She does hair color @ Premier Cuts and is AMAZING!! I have never dyed, streaked, highlighted, frosted or done anything like it to my hair EVER. I have ""virgin"" hair. Not only that, it's fine, but there's a lot of it. Being slightly nervous about it, I told her that I wanted something noticeably subtle. I wanted people to look and think ""Hmm..what did you do to your hair?"" not ""OMG, what did you do to your hair?!?!?"" (Yes, I really told her that.) She recommended a mocha line of highlights which intertwined dark reds and a touch of copper with my already dark dark brown hair BEAUTIFULLY! She suggested only a partial first to see if I like it and if I did, I could always get a full highlight. One week later, I was back in her chair getting the full highlights. I love it!! Not only that, she told me to come in anytime for a conditioning masque if it seemed my hair was drying out a little from all the WONDERFUL hard water we have around here. She is absolutely wonderful and the drive from Waco is well worth it!! If you want gorgeous highlights or hair color for a GREAT price (40 bucks for highlights?? OMG!!), go see Sylvia. You won't be disappointed!!
