I've not met Dr. Darm yet but I assume the great team comes as a result of a great leader or from the top. But I have to ask Dr. Darm, why do all of your team's first names begin with ""L""? Every person I have come in contract with on my first visit was compassionate, caring, and committed. The 3 ""C's"" of an excellent team.
Leslie in the front office is the best customer service I've ever had in a longtime. She was so patient and understanding and willing to work with me on my needing to reschedule. We had not met until my first appointment and and she remembered me and the sad issues of why I rescheduled. I love her.
Laina was amazing! She explained everything she was doing for me. She was very comfortable, comforting, and soothing. I was so pampered!
