Went to check out sneakers. The two guys in the shoe dept acted as though the customers were annoying them with their requests to try on shoes. Not helpful, not friendly and they couldn't answer any questions about the products.
When I called to check on my sneaker order, I was confronted with more apathetic workers and found they had written down the wrong number. I decided they could keep the sneakers, I will go elsewhere.
I am disappointed, frustrated and annoyed. The customer service at Herb's in Herkimer is horrible! All they had to do was smile, pay attention, and apologize when a mistake was made. It's not rocket science!
