This place has been a complete headache! I coach my son's sports teams and decided to try Jeb for my youngest's baseball team uniforms. The first thing is that they are more expensive than places I found online. I thought that this would be worth it however as they are local, so no shipping costs and quicker turn around...WRONG! My players paid $23 a piece for cheap hats with bad stitching and paper thin t-shirts with no extras (stock logos and number only). On top of the price/quality discrepancy, the service is horrible. The sales people will flat out lie to you about your order. I called on a Friday morning to check the status, which they told me was complete and I could pick up that afternoon. I showed up, after 4p.m. as instructed, and discovered that they had printed adult jerseys instead of youth. The sales woman told me they were reprinting them and they would be ready Monday after 4p.m. I gave them an extra day and called Tuesday morning; she told me that the jerseys were complete and one hat was still in production, but that it would be ready that afternoon. I was not able to make it out Tuesday afternoon so I decided to pick up Wednesday morning. When I showed up she told me that the jerserys were still in production!! The same jerseys she told me were complete 24 hours ago. Keep in mind, that there is no miscommunication here. I talked and dealt with the same woman on every occasion. I will not be dealing with Jeb Designs again! Any company that cannot do a customer the honor of telling the truth does not deserve my business.
