Buyer be ware: Manager unresponsive!
Bought hair clippers at the Sally's next to Kroger in Fuquay. Used it twice and it stopped working. Accidentally shredded my receipt. Went to the store to ask for a store credit, because I still need a shaver. Told that the manager was the only one who could do that without a receipt. Left my number but never received a call. Went to the store again and the manager was not there. One of the clerks called the manager and she made the clerk deliver the news that there was nothing they could do for me. No store credit would be given.
No excuse for bad customer service. Never again!
