We were treated like criminals. We were told where we had to sit...and told that all other tables were RESERVED even though no one ever sat there during our visit. The attitude of the staff was poor--they obviously were bothered by our presence. I asked questions about the menu and received rude responses. I tried to order a soup and sandwich, but was told that there was only one sandwich option and wasn't even a sandwich--it was a wrap. There would be no substitutions. I finally ordered a salad and when it arrived to the table, it appeared to have been left out for several days in the sun--totally wilted and disgusting. I sent it back to be remade, and the server appeared seconds later with the same salad on a different plate. Really? I don't know how this place stays in business.
The good reviews on this site were written by the owners--they are so far removed from the reality of the experience in this cafe that no one else could have possibly submitted them.
