Sadly this place I had gone to for almost a year and saw only Susan the owner, and then a few times her daughter or another staff member would fill in and they would do such a sloppy job my gelish/shellac manicures were bumpy and thick with bubbles and the nail wasn't even completely painted. I had to ask Susn to redo them and she wasn't happy and made me feel like it was my fault I could just put up with it. Also Many times she would charge me to redo it when I came in the next day. She told me if I wasn't happy to go elsewhere. When the problems started with her staffs poor job and her lack of ownership and customer quality. more
