Haven't even been able to schedule an appointment due to their inefficiency. Some places should not sell Groupons if they are not capable of handling the volume. I scheduled an online appointment a week ago, apparently that is not a feature they use well. I had not received a confirmation and actually called my self to reschedule due to a conflict and was told they haven't made""call backs"" and informed me they are not even open at the time I originally scheduled for. Were they going to call and tell me this, and ask me to reschedule? Apparently not.... She told me to call back on the DAY I wanted the appointment to see if anyone had cancelled... Not very professional, was also put on hold 3 times for an extended period. Would be nice if their hours were posted SOMEWHERE on their website... Or if their hours posted on City Search were current.... \r
