GISFW has been the best thing I could have done for myself. I was nervous at first as most people are when they take on a journey they are unsure of. The studio manager is great and really got me thinking about ways I can make getting in shape a part of my weekly routine and to remove all excuses. \r
I love the fact that the studio is only for women and a small group at a time. You are never stepping over people during your workout and have you trainers focused on you at all times to provide tips on exercise and nutrition. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to get into shape and wants to meet some great friends along the way.
