This is the worst place I have ever lived in! I have lived there for 4 years and will never go back! Peggy Sue, property Manager is so unprofesstional! She lies about everything! She is so scarcastic! This place houses the areas finest crimnials! All section 8 tenants have crimnial records and steal in here! There are several tenants who have master keys breaking into apartments and management is doing nothing about it! You can also get in with credit cards! The seniors there have nothing to do! They sit around and gossip all day! There are no activities! Maintence staff goes into your apartment whenever they want! The young people go around and harrass the other people. We make the headlines everyweek including a major fiigh that took place and the tenants involve still live there! The police are always coming to the building for the same tenatns and their not evicted! This place is run by the Westmoreland COunry Harrassing authority and represents goverment corruption at its finest!
