I was looking for a new spa and called Villagio Spa in Fishers. The receptionist made an appt for Sat March 24. I went to the salon and was told that the hairdresser with whom the appt was made was in Zionsville. OK, what about another stylist in Fishers. April 7 was the earliest. I then asked about a Mani Ped. Sure we have an opening on Sunday March 25. So I arrive at the spa and the look at me like I crazy and say, you don't have an appt. I tell them the history and they could care less. Appears the recpetionist made it for the NEXT Sunday. i will never go to this spa again and anyone that is looking for appropriate customer service should look elsewhere.
