Our goal is to do the best moving job possible for every customer. However, in some cases the customer is NOT always right. They refused the third man on the move that we felt was needed to ensure safety and proper handling of their items. Two professional movers could not get their furniture up the stairs which seemed to make them angry. They started yelling at my crew and were verbally abusive. We feel that this is not our fault that they can not afford the move they needed.
They have used us 3 times in the past without problems.
There is no ""padding"" going on, we have thousands of very happy customers. Some people can not be pleased no matter what you do to make them happy. It's a shame that an honest, hard-working business has to deal with frivolous litigation suits when all we are doing is trying to provide the best service possible at reasonable prices.
