I've been going to James Mathis since I had my first job at 16. His staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful especially when I was filing my FAFSA application for school last year. They helped me step by step over the phone and believe me, no other tax office would have done that for one of their clients- to spend 15-20 min on the phone explaining something not related to taxes per say.
Even though his has many, many clients throughout the Santa Clarita Valley, he always seems to remember me and my family. It's as if they just saw me yesterday even though I only see him during tax season. He's a good guy and his staff is always willing to help :)
