I contacted a competitor and was given a date 2 weeks out for an estimate. Then I called Service Rite, they had a tech at my office within a couple if hours. No going back and forth about the cost ,the tech was able to provide a set charge for the work they were going to do. No hidden or additional fee's at the last minute. I did not get any other estimates because I needed the work done right away, but I had a ballpark of the cost and they were right on target.
