The Sales Dept might be good but the Service Dept is a bit to be desired. POOR communication and planning on their part. I brought my bike in for about a 3-4 hour job. I called two days later and was told I was the next one in. I call the next day and was told this afternoon.hmmm. I then waited two days to call and was told yours will be in this afternoon. I told them before I took it in and that day again that I needed to pick it up on a certain day. So I call the next day which is the day I want to pick it up to see if it was done and was told it will get in today and will call when ready. So I call before they close and noone will answer and then get hung up on. Then After hours about 6:30 I get a call my bike is done. I said OH thanks and please have the Service Manager call me. I guess he is still too busy shuffling work to call me. I bet the Goldwing brake recalls got done though !!!!! Still waiting on the phone call but I will accept a call from the owner too.\r
