My experience with Gilmore Construction was frustrating and disappointing. Our shower floor was not built correctly and collected water in the four corners rather than draining. Mr. Gilmore said he would not fix it so we hired another remodeler to tear out the floor and rebuild it. It was a good thing we did because the water was seeping under the tile and going up the inside of the wall. Also, the grout work was sloppy. Finally, we were also surprised when the bill from Mr. Gilmore was nearly twice as much as the estimate, but no documentation as to how he arrived at the new amount.
